Semax

Semax is the synthetic peptide Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, an ACTH(4–10) analogue studied in experimental models of neurotrophic signalling, and the research catalog lists it at https://onesourcepeptides.com/product/semax.

The sequence adds a Pro-Gly-Pro tail to an ACTH fragment. Mass is often cited near 813 Da. Published work, much of it from Russian laboratories, discusses BDNF and NGF expression in experimental models. That is a literature theme. It is not a claim about cognition, mood, or any human use, and Semax is not an FDA-approved drug in the United States.

Confirm the lot on the certificate of analysis. The product page says a certificate is available on request and is not posted yet. A request is not a third-party test. The distinction is in Are research peptides third-party tested?.

The catalog listing is for laboratory supply under the name Semax. This note does not provide a dose.

  1. GLP-3R

GLP-3R is a catalog name for a fatty-acylated research peptide that chemistry papers describe as a single-chain agonist at the glucagon, GIP, and GLP-1 receptors, listed for laboratory supply at https://onesourcepeptides.com/product/one-source-g3r.

  2. Terz

Terz is a catalog name for a synthetic, fatty-diacid-acylated peptide studied as a dual agonist of the GIP and GLP-1 receptors.

  3. Sema

Sema is a catalog name for a GLP-1 receptor agonist analogue of human GLP-1(7–37), used in the literature as a laboratory tool for GLP-1 receptor signalling.
