MOTS-c

MOTS-c is the mitochondrial 16-residue peptide MRWQEMGYIFYPRKLR, studied in cell and mouse metabolic models, and the research catalog lists it at https://onesourcepeptides.com/product/mots-c.

The name is short for a mitochondrial open reading frame of the 12S rRNA. Mass is often cited near 2175 Da for the free peptide. Lee et al., Cell Metabolism, 2015 (PMID 25738459) describe the peptide in mouse experiments on metabolic regulation. That paper is animal-model context. This note does not restate disease outcomes, and it is not a training or performance claim.

Salt form and purity are lot facts. They belong on the certificate of analysis, which the listing says is available on request and is not a posted result until you have the sheet. How to read that distinction is in Are research peptides third-party tested?.

MOTS-c is not an approved drug. The catalog page is laboratory supply only.

  1. GLP-3R

GLP-3R is a catalog name for a fatty-acylated research peptide that chemistry papers describe as a single-chain agonist at the glucagon, GIP, and GLP-1 receptors, listed for laboratory supply at https://onesourcepeptides.com/product/one-source-g3r.

  2. Terz

Terz is a catalog name for a synthetic, fatty-diacid-acylated peptide studied as a dual agonist of the GIP and GLP-1 receptors.

  3. Sema

Sema is a catalog name for a GLP-1 receptor agonist analogue of human GLP-1(7–37), used in the literature as a laboratory tool for GLP-1 receptor signalling.
