BPC-157

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-residue peptide, sequence GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, taken from a gastric protein fragment, the published work on it is preclinical, and the research catalog lists it at https://onesourcepeptides.com/product/bpc-157.

Reviews from the Sikiric group, including work indexed as PMID 25415472, discuss rodent models of soft tissue, gut mucosa, and vessel signalling. Mechanisms proposed in that literature include nitric-oxide pathways and growth-factor signalling. Those are animal and cell studies. They are not controlled evidence of a human treatment, and BPC-157 is not an approved drug.

The free peptide is often cited near 1419 Da. Salt form and purity still vary by lot, so the certificate of analysis is the identity document for a vial. Neighboring notes on TB-500 cover a different literature, cell migration and actin, and should not be collapsed into this one.

  1. KPV

KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal fragment of alpha-MSH, studied in cell and animal models of inflammatory signalling, and the research catalog lists it at https://onesourcepeptides.com/product/kpv.

  2. GLP-3R

GLP-3R is a catalog name for a fatty-acylated research peptide that chemistry papers describe as a single-chain agonist at the glucagon, GIP, and GLP-1 receptors, listed for laboratory supply at https://onesourcepeptides.com/product/one-source-g3r.

  3. Terz

Terz is a catalog name for a synthetic, fatty-diacid-acylated peptide studied as a dual agonist of the GIP and GLP-1 receptors.
